Alarm Monitoring

Alarm Monitoring oversees the day-to-day operations of the Town’s Alarm Monitoring (TAM) subscription service, and is also responsible for Alarm business licensing, user permitting, and false alarm assessment and collections.

The Alarm Administrative Office is located in the Police Department across from Town Hall.

To cancel an alarm and avoid false alarm assessments of $100 per occurrence, please contact the Paradise Valley Police Department at (480) 948-7410 immediately upon accidental activation, day or night.
