Town Manager's Leadership
Jill Keimach joined the Town of Paradise Valley in 2019 and serves as the Town Manager. As the Town Manager, Jill is responsible for direct support to the Mayor and Town Council. Jill is also responsible for the day-to-day operations of the entire town and staff. Jill oversees multiple departments and programs, including Finance and Budget, Human Resources, Town Clerk, Police, and Engineering.
Town Manager Keimach joined Paradise Valley after serving as the City Manager of both Alameda, CA and Moraga, CA. Prior to that, she was the Community Development Director for both Fremont, CA and El Cerrito, CA.
Jill has her Master of City Planning and Bachelor's in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley. She is also a certified member of the American Institute of Certified Planners and the American Institute of Architects.
Dawn Marie Buckland joined the Town of Paradise Valley in 2015 and serves as the Deputy Town Manager. As Deputy Town Manager, Dawn Marie is responsible for multiple departments and programs, including Intergovernmental Affairs, Information Technology, Public Works, and Community Development.
Deputy Town Manager Buckland joined municipal government after serving nine years in the United States Air Force. Prior to joining the team at Paradise Valley, Dawn Marie served various program management capacities for Chandler, Gilbert, and Peoria.
Deputy Town Manager Buckland earned her Master's in Administration from Northern Arizona State University, and her Bachelor's in Business and Information Technology from the University of Phoenix. She is also a Certified Public Manager from Arizona State University. Dawn Marie serves on a national level for both the Government Finance Officers Association and the International City/County Management Association.
