Visually Significant Corridor Master Plan

The 2012 General Plan approved by the voters included a requirement to develop a Visually Significant Corridors Master Plan by 2020. Visually significant corridors are prominent streets, primarily Lincoln Drive and Tatum Boulevard, that demonstrate the character of the Town. The purpose of the plan is to develop consistent gateway elements and streetscape themes. The streetscape may include a variety of elements such as vehicle travel lanes, bike lanes, sidewalks, utility poles, trees, accent plantings, lighting, and signage.

The Town has retained Environmental Planning Group to assist in the development of the Plan. There will be multiple opportunities for residents to provide input throughout the process. Please visit this page for project updates and links to reports and other documentation.
