Public Works Department
The Town of Paradise Valley Public Works provides many of the services that affect the daily lives of those who live and work in the town. Primarily, the department is responsible for all the things we take for granted on a daily basis: the administration, planning, maintenance, and construction management of the Town’s infrastructure. This includes:
- Design, construction and maintenance of the Town's public streets, recreation paths, and drainage facilities
- Traffic signal installation and maintenance
- Installation and maintenance of roadway and street signs
- Landscaping on Town rights of way, median islands, the Town Hall Complex, Court Complex, two fire stations, Kiva Field Municipal Sports Complex and Goldwater Memorial Park
The department is also responsible for facilities maintenance and physical enhancements of all public buildings and grounds within the Town Hall Complex, the Town's two fire stations, Goldwater Memorial Park, and the Kiva Municipal Sports Complex. Janitorial services for Town facilities, fleet maintenance services, and repairs for all town vehicles and heavy equipment are provided by this department as well.
