Section 7‑2‑3 Animal Noises428

  1. It is unlawful and a public nuisance to own, harbor or keep any animal which disturbs the peace, comfort or repose of others, or makes disturbing noises, including but not limited to, frequent, loud, habitual or repeated howling, barking, whining or other utterances, which cause unreasonable annoyance, disturbance or discomfort to others or neighbors in proximity to the premises where the animal is owned, kept or harbored.
  2. A criminal violation of this section shall not be established except upon the testimony of not less than three (3) competent witnesses as to the facts constituting the violation.
