These include the office of the Chief of Police, the Lieutenant as well as other administration personnel. The Front Office is staffed by civilian personnel. In addition to a wide variety of records processing tasks, they greet the public, answer inquiries, make copies of police reports, and provide fingerprinting services for residents.

The office is staffed Monday through Thursday 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. However, the dispatchers are on duty 24/7/365 and persons walking in can speak to them when the Administration Office is closed. The front doors of the building are locked between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m., but persons can enter by contacting the dispatcher via intercom during those hours.

Senior Administrative Support Specialist

The Senior Administrative Support Specialist is the lead clerk of the front office who coordinates activities and tasks, as well as maintains office supplies and materials necessary for an efficient office.

Police Clerks process and file reports both manually and electronically. They also fill public records requests and provide photo enforcement data to those persons receiving citations and require that evidence for court.
