Sewer Billing
There are two sewer providers within the Town of Paradise Valley, including the City of Phoenix Water Services and the Town of Paradise Valley (operated and maintained by the City of Scottsdale). Where you live within the Town would determine your sewer provider. Please follow this link to view a map (PDF) of the sewer provider boundaries. In addition, many properties within the Town are connected to a septic system and not to the sewer system.
Homeowners must call their sewer service provider to report changes in home ownership.
