Alarm Monitoring oversees the day-to-day operations of the Town’s Alarm Monitoring (TAM) subscription service. Residential alarm signals are directly monitored, dispatched, and responded to by Town law enforcement staff.  Paradise Valley is one of the few municipalities in the nation offering this unique service to its residents.

In addition to fielding account questions from subscribers and working with field technicians to test incoming signals, Alarm Monitoring is also responsible for false alarm fine assessment and collections.

* The Registered Alarm Companies document contains a list of companies that are registered to operate an alarm business in the Town of Paradise Valley.  Any alarm companies operating in the Town that are not on this list are subject to service charges in accordance with §1.6.2 of the Town of Paradise Valley Master Fee Schedule.  See Section 4-3-12 of the Town code for more info.
