The Town Clerk:
  • Maintains the records of the Town
  • Prepares the Council agendas
  • Posts, publishes, and records all official actions of the Council
  • Conducts municipal elections
  • Processes applications for business licenses, liquor licenses, and sanitation licenses
  • Coordinates local sales tax audits
