1. Can I pay my utility bill online or over the phone with a credit card?

No. The Town does not accept credit card payments at this time. However, you may pay using online bill pay through your banking institution or sign up for ACH direct debit.

2. Can I make advance payments?

Yes. Advance payments will be applied to future bills.

3. How is my sewer bill calculated?

Every year the sewer user charge is recalculated based on 90% of the average monthly indoor and outdoor water consumption for the preceding consecutive months of December, January, February, and March (excluding the month of greatest consumption). Rates are set by the Town Council and may be found in the Master Fee Schedule.
